ADD YOUR EVENTS
Listing events at digyorkshire.com is free to arts and cultural organisations promoting events in Yorkshire. It enables you to reach thousands of cultural enthusiasts each month, using the digeventfinder to search for ideas. Please submit your events 6-4 weeks ahead and they will appear on the site within 7 days.
Use this service to
- Add an event listing
- Add a new organisation or venue to the digdirectory
- Make changes to an event listing
- Upload event images
If you are a Theatre, or a performing arts touring company, you can also submit your listings to be included on the Stage Exchange Clash Diary, a free resource to support performing arts organisations presenting work in Yorkshire. To do this, select ‘Submit Events to Stage Exchange Clash Diary’ in the User Menu. Find out more about Stage Exchange Clash Diary, HERE.
NEW USERS
If you’re a first time user, please register HERE first and select Signup Now. The process takes about 10 minutes and it's vital that you give us as much information as you can.
If you are responsible for more than one venue, you can add events for those venues under the same user name. You should contact us to add those venues to your User Profile.
EXISTING USERS
If you are already registered with digyorkshire.com and have the address you currently use to submit events, please log on to this address and you will receive instructions to update your User details. You can then
begin submitting events using the new system.
